How does the process work?
Path To Purchase Timeline

ASSESS
After the initial site visit a breif outline of the project is prepared. The architect will draw up a draft sketch of the project and we will discuss and explain the project to you.

ANALYSE
A detailed appraisal for the project starts.
I I consult and make checks feasibility/programming and analyse the site.
I will then present an offer to you.

AGREE
Upon acceptance of the offer the lega process starts, solicitors will be instructed, searches will be conducted and all parties will sign into a 12 - 18 month agreement. If all runs smoothly, this can take 3 - 4 months.

APPLY
The Planning Application starts.
Surveys start to take place and I sart to consult with the power team and the council.
I cover the costs here.

ADVANCE
During the application stage, I am working on selling the build and liasing with a network of developers. At the end of this stage, planning permission is granted and a buyer is agreed.

ACCOMPLISH
At the final stage, the land is sold to the buyer, and the exchange takes place.
